The Globe is one of the most visible and historically significant buildings on our Main Street. Today, it’s largely vacant and deteriorating, but it sits at the center of the village and represents one of our greatest revitalization opportunities.
GADC was reactivated specifically to help advance projects like this. GADC exists to bridge public goals and private investment, helping unlock funding, partnerships, and redevelopment opportunities that might otherwise be difficult to achieve.
