Who We Are
Board Chairman
Luke is an international legal counsel and Mayor of the Village of East Aurora, New York. Professionally, he specializes in cross-border legal compliance, internal investigations, and white-collar defense as an attorney and firm partner. An active public servant, Luke previously served as a Councilmember and Deputy Supervisor on the Aurora Town Board before his election to lead the village government. He holds degrees from Union College, The Ohio State University, Herzen University, and the University at Buffalo School of Law. Luke resides in the village with his wife, Katya, and their two sons.
Board President
Eric is an executive director, nonprofit founder, and environmental advocate based in East Aurora, where he lives with his family. He serves as the founder and leader of a climate change nonprofit dedicated to project development and rainforest conservation in the Brazilian Amazon. Drawing on a background in environmental education and mentorship, Eric brings a deep commitment to sustainable stewardship and community leadership to the board.
Board Vice-President
Joe serves on the Aurora Town Board and has lived in the East Aurora area for over 25 years. He currently works as a NYS Weatherization Field Representative, bringing extensive expertise in environmental operations, energy efficiency, and compliance auditing. Joe holds a B.A. in English from SUNY Fredonia and is certified as a Building Performance Institute Energy Auditor and Quality Control Inspector. His background in public service, community governance, and sustainable infrastructure directly supports local growth and fiscal oversight.
Board Secretary
Brad is a long time resident of East Aurora currently serving on the Town of Aurora's Zoning Board of Appeals, where he helps evaluate and deliberate on local ordinance applications. In addition to his public service, Brad is actively engaged in civic initiatives, including serving on the awards committee for the Mary and Gil Stott Award at the historic Roycroft.
Board Treasurer
Ryan is a software strategy leader and Village Trustee in East Aurora. Professionally, he works in business strategy and sales operations, with previous senior analytics and strategy roles across major regional and national organizations. An active advocate for community planning and infrastructure, Ryan holds a Master of Public Administration from Indiana University's O'Neill School, a Master of Education from the University of Missouri–St. Louis, and a bachelor's degree in Political Science from Loyola University Maryland. He serves on the East Aurora Board of Trustees and lives in the village with his wife and three children.
Board Member
Chelsea is a local business owner and licensed real estate salesperson as well as an East Aurora Village Trustee. In addition to guiding clients through buying and selling homes across the Southtowns area, she co-owns and operates the popular local eatery Left Coast Taco alongside her husband, Nathan. Chelsea brings a strong passion for community engagement, local entrepreneurship, and neighborhood growth to her professional and civic work in East Aurora.

Ethan is an executive assistant to the Deputy County Executive in Erie County, New York. Based in East Aurora, he brings strong organizational skills, public service dedication, and administrative support to county leadership and regional initiatives.
